What to do if jet lag is in your bones?

After a long-haul flight from Calgary to Frankfurt, I felt a deep, pulling fatigue during a short train ride – the jet lag had made itself felt after all. Instead of surrendering to it, I decided to apply the process of The Wholeness Work®.
In just 15 minutes, I managed to locate, explore, and finally integrate the "fatigue-I" with a higher-level freedom-I. The result was astonishing: the fatigue disappeared immediately and stayed away.
